Guided by Alex West, who has spent more than two decades studying how the body maintains strength, mobility and vitality through yoga, Qi Gong, martial arts and rehabilitation-based movement.
These classes are part of the Vitality Academy method for training the 10 body systems that determine how well we age.
Most people joining are in their 50s, 60s and 70s and simply want to stay active, capable and independent.
Many students say they wish they had started years earlier.
Class Times
Classes are live on Zoom. You receive the link the evening before each class. Small, friendly classes where individual guidance is possible.

Technology can feel unfamiliar the first time, but once you’ve done it once or twice it becomes very straightforward.
If you would like help setting it up, just let Alex know.
He is very happy to arrange a short call and walk you through it personally.
You don’t need any special equipment.
Just a little space to move and something comfortable to lie on.
A yoga mat is helpful but not essential.
